I want to thank all those kind people who showered me with so much love and gifts for my birthday. I cannot remember ever having such a continuous celebration. It was quite overwhelming and deeply touching.

Since I am travelling more than ever, it is not possible to thank each of you personally, so please accept this rather public recognition of your kindness.

Greetings to all who will be reading this letter.


Many of you have been inquiring about the status of the proposed foundation.

Because of the confusion of this past year which included two moves for me, one from Munich to Zurich quickly  followed by another one from one most unsuitable apartment to the one in which I now live happily, the foundation has had to take a back seat. But, now that I am more sattled as well as more used to the different way of life in a new country, I will have more time to devote to the very necessary protection of the method that has been developed through me.

My most urgent concern is to preserve the method in as pure a form as possible for those who will be using it after I am no longer available to share it personally.

Therefore, first on my list of requirements is a collection of all the records concerning the method. This includes all books and any kind of recordings, whether video, audio or any other. This collection could make it possible for any one in the future to make sure that the work is used exactly as it was originally given to me from the HiC.

These records are scattered in  many  different places, so will you please make sure that I am sent all that are available to eventually make them accessible to those who are interested in refreshing their memory and use of the method. Please send and e-mail to info(at)phylliskrystal.com so that we can give you an address where you can send what you have to contribute.

Greetings to everyone who will be reading this newsletter.
I am very sorry that it has been so long since the last message. This year has been so full of challenges and big changes in my life that I have been literally swamped with an unusually heavy demand on my time and energy.

At my advanced age of 95, I have again moved, this time from Germany to Switzerland at the request of Sathya Sai Baba.  The first move proved to be unsuitable for my physical needs in many ways, so I moved again, hopefully for the last time!
Since several seminars had already been organized at the same time as the move, it has taken much longer than usual to unpack the many boxes and settle in to new surroundings. Finally, everything has been unpacked with the help of friends as well as additional pieces of furniture acquired for the new apartment just in time to start the New Year.

First of all, I wish to thank the participants of the first Teaching programme for the lovely orchid which arrived as a complete surprise and delight together with the card signed by all of you who contributed to the gift of one of my favourite flowers. I am so glad I was home at the time of its arrival.

The four sessions of the second Teaching programme are in the process of being settled. So far the first two will take place at the same location in Munich as the first four. The second two may be held in a very nice place near Zurich with similar facilities as the one in Munich and quite near to where I am now living.  As soon as a final decision has been made it will be posted on my website. In the meantime there will remain two different dates for the last two sessions depending on where it will take place.
This would enable me to remain in my apartment and avoid the travel and several days at a hotel. At my age, this will be a great advantage as well as saving so much time and energy. All the details for attending are posted on my website.

I look forward to meeting all those who will attend these next four sessions, but I will also miss seeing the familiar faces from the first series.

I wish all of you a very happy Holiday season and hope that 2010 will bring all of you the happiness that more freedom from outer control allows.
