Due to my increasingly busy schedule, at my advanced age, I have stopped sending my usual greeting cards for Christmas and New Year, which may have given the impression that I am no longer alive.

I look forward to seeing many of you during the coming year, as we all trust the Hi C to use each of us as an instrument at the right time and place all through this challenging year ahead of us.

Greetings to everyone!

I am now 97 and not in the best of health and therefore not as available as I would prefer to be, or as active. So, I am forced to be very much more mindful of my own welfare.
This is particularly regarding single sessions and seminars. I have been obliged to cancel appointments during the last few months, which I do not like to do.

From now on, all single sessions must accept a translator, even when they think they are fluent in English as the accent and pronunciation of many words is often so different that I have to strain to understand the intended meaning. Also, when someone is speaking about an experience or memory that causes strong emotions to be stirred up, it is even more difficult to follow.
In addition, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to keep appointments and may have to cancel at the last minute if I am not well. So, everyone must allow for this possibility when making travel arrangements, as I cannot be held responsible for any problems that occur.

My basic reason for sharing this method is to make it available to as many people in the world as possible, as the Hi C directed. Therefore, I intend to give preference to those who have not yet been introduced to this work. Those who have attended many seminars should not continue to rely on me indefinitely, but learn to make a strong contact with the Hi C who is their inner guide and teacher.
I will be available as long as possible to those who are facing severe problems and really need help. Otherwise, I expect those who have attended many sessions, either seminars or single interviews, to use the method to find solutions to their problems.

This may seem harsh, but it is for the benefit of all who have been exposed to this method to use it regularly to bring about the necessary changes in themselves as they are the only ones who can succeed in their own transformation. To accomplish such changes requires practice.

Greetings to all who will be reading this tiny newsletter!

This newsletter must, of necessity, be very brief, as I am still very weak after the recent siege with the flu virus.

But, I want to send my heartfelt thanks to all of you who have been sending love and healing energy, which I have been very aware of receiving. It has been such a real comfort to be given such loving support.

I am very sorry to have been obliged to cancel seminars and single sessions and hope to be able to resume before too much longer. My main purpose is to save my energy so that I will be able to give the four-day Training program in March.

This very long recovery period has been a warning for me to revise my schedule, as I am not a machine and will soon be ninety-seven and can only be of help to others if I take care of my own physical needs. I trust that you will all understand.

I want to thank all those kind people who showered me with so much love and gifts for my birthday. I cannot remember ever having such a continuous celebration. It was quite overwhelming and deeply touching.

Since I am travelling more than ever, it is not possible to thank each of you personally, so please accept this rather public recognition of your kindness.

Greetings to everyone who will be reading this newsletter.
I am very sorry that it has been so long since the last message. This year has been so full of challenges and big changes in my life that I have been literally swamped with an unusually heavy demand on my time and energy.

At my advanced age of 95, I have again moved, this time from Germany to Switzerland at the request of Sathya Sai Baba.  The first move proved to be unsuitable for my physical needs in many ways, so I moved again, hopefully for the last time!
Since several seminars had already been organized at the same time as the move, it has taken much longer than usual to unpack the many boxes and settle in to new surroundings. Finally, everything has been unpacked with the help of friends as well as additional pieces of furniture acquired for the new apartment just in time to start the New Year.

First of all, I wish to thank the participants of the first Teaching programme for the lovely orchid which arrived as a complete surprise and delight together with the card signed by all of you who contributed to the gift of one of my favourite flowers. I am so glad I was home at the time of its arrival.

The four sessions of the second Teaching programme are in the process of being settled. So far the first two will take place at the same location in Munich as the first four. The second two may be held in a very nice place near Zurich with similar facilities as the one in Munich and quite near to where I am now living.  As soon as a final decision has been made it will be posted on my website. In the meantime there will remain two different dates for the last two sessions depending on where it will take place.
This would enable me to remain in my apartment and avoid the travel and several days at a hotel. At my age, this will be a great advantage as well as saving so much time and energy. All the details for attending are posted on my website.

I look forward to meeting all those who will attend these next four sessions, but I will also miss seeing the familiar faces from the first series.

I wish all of you a very happy Holiday season and hope that 2010 will bring all of you the happiness that more freedom from outer control allows.
